How your baby’s growing:

Your new resident is nearly an inch long — about the size of a grape — and weighs just a fraction of an ounce. She’s starting to look more and more human. Her essential body parts are accounted for, though they’ll go through plenty of fine-tuning in the coming months. Other changes abound: Your baby’s heart finishes dividing into four chambers, and the valves start to form — as do her tiny teeth. The embryonic “tail” is completely gone. Your baby’s organs, muscles, and nerves are kicking into gear. The external sex organs are there but won’t be distinguishable as male or female for another few weeks. Her eyes are fully formed, but her eyelids are fused shut and won’t open until 27 weeks. She has tiny earlobes, and her mouth, nose, and nostrils are more distinct. The placenta is developed enough now to take over most of the critical job of producing hormones. Now that your baby’s basic physiology is in place, she’s poised for rapid weight gain.

Setakat ni alhamdulillah. Takder muntah muntah lagi. Loya loya ada lah.. but then, kesihatan adalah amat tak memuaskan. Manakan tidak. Asthma, batuk, selsema, demam.. seme datang serentak. Dah g klinik aritu… amek nebulizer tu. Terpaksa lah kan.. what to do :(

Makan cam biasa cume kalau makan lebih sket jer, mula laaa perut ni sakit sampai rasa cam bengkak pulak. Sembelit makin teruk.. bisa mengeluarkan air mata mengalahkan tgk episod Bersamamu dulu dulu tu. Smalam makan betik fresh gitu, sepotong jer.. arini rasa ok sket. Airmata dah tak kuar.. air hidung pulak kuar. Wakaaaa..

Muka makin teruk.. serius ! Dengan cam aper jer muka ni. Masih mencari cari skin care yang bersesuaian. Eh, mommy to be out there. Ader kandungan dlm cleanser yg tak di galakkan digunakan oleh mommy to be tau. Such as Salicylic Acid. Dia boleh enter bloodstream lah kirenya. Teringin nak beli from etsy macam Chics & Leeds tu tapi tunggu lah dulu. Kene apply n bereskan something dulu. Huhuhuu.. leceh tul la.

P/S : Anyone ada suggestion tak pasal pemakanan secara sihat? Apa yg tak boleh makan & apa yg patut makan?

    kak nonie , kawan saya punya suggest sbb doc personal dia kate kena benti sbrg pencuci muka , syampu yg agak kuat … paling2 pun pakai bby punya .. j&j la kan.. but port muka ni better kosong aje x tau la owang lain sbb pengalaman fa , lama2 skin nanti bersih kalu yg berjerawatla … cam muka fa ni jenis berjerawat .. so conclusion pakai putih aje…

    makan selagi bleh makan.. hehe.. tapi jgn jadi cam saya waaa.. menci kena kencin manis plak tetiba.. be careful

    pemakanan sihat ? alaaa susu anmum tu lah.
    tapi ju kalau nak makan sayur.. ju masak sendiri je kat rumah.
    takut nak makan kat kedai, sebab kita tatau dorang basuh sayur tu camana..
    celup then renjis renjis je ke..
    sayur kan banyak pesticide.. huwaaa takut gak.

    ohhh skincare yang ada salicylic acid tak boleh eyh.
    salicylic tu untuk gelupas kulit muka kasi putih…

    ok ok… tapi nixoderm boleh kan ? tea tree oil ? hmmm insyaAllah takda apanya..
    risau gak..sebab ju ada jerawat kat pipi ni. =]

    tentang sembelit.. hehehe sampai keluar air mata lah. air hidung lah. yaAllah nonie ni memang buat ju tergelak je bila baca tau. teruskan makan papaya. ju pun kena makan papaya sekarang. nak get ready. tammo keluar air mata macam nonie. lalalala..

    aku punya nasihat makan la apa sahaja yg boleh dimakan.. junk food boleh makan tapik jgn over.. aku tau mak buyung ni ada point teringin gak nak makan mende merapu…

    oh ya raw food like sushi to BIG NO NO at this stage…
    kalau bab sembelit makan la buah byk2.. tapi kalau ikut case member aku sumer tak jalan… so setiap kali bewak.. memang siksa la…

    pasal skin care tu memang payah sket… tapi kalau tak jumpa jgn stress.. sometimes bila dah beranak sok dia ok balik.. kena sabar je la…

    Masa first three months, Ikin muntah everyday. Tak kisah makan apa, in the end time malam sure muntah. Tapi after muntah rasa lega. Then my face kena rashes OMG. Allergic reaction tu Ikin kena gak sampai hidung darah tapi tahan je :( Dah lepas 3 months baru la makan zyrtec.

    Huhu semua orang different eh? Anyways, yang pasal apa yang makan and tak patut makan, hari tu Ikin email Blackmores Naturopath sbb nak tanya what supplements I can eat with Blackmores Pregnancy, sekali orang tu jawab, siap bagi list of what not to eat. So Ikin share sini k?

    Basic guidelines to follow during pregnancy :
    Eat most: whole grains including breads, cereals, rice, pasta; fruit and vegetables.
    Eat moderately: protein rich foods including legumes, nuts, seeds, eggs, dairy products, tofu.
    Eat least: monounsaturated fats but make them good quality such as olive oil.
    Limit: sugar, salt, tea. Avoid: coffee, alcohol and cigarettes.

    Folate provides protection against neural tube defects and is therefore an important nutrient to supplement with prior to conception and for the first trimester. Food sources include green leafy vegetables, nuts, dried beans and lentils, oranges and wholegrain cereals.

    Calcium along with many of the minerals, is needed in higher doses throughout pregnancy as well as breastfeeding. It is important for you to be aware of the amount needed in your diet. Calcium is found in all dairy foods, Calcium enriched soy milk, calcium enriched rice milk, dried figs, almonds, tahini, sesame seeds, canned salmon, broccoli, egg yolk, molasses and sardines.

    Foods to avoid:
    . Do not eat hot dogs, luncheon meats, or deli meats unless they are reheated until steaming hot.
    . Do not eat soft cheeses such as feta, Brie, Camembert, blue-veined cheeses, and Mexican-style cheeses such as “queso blanco fresco.” Hard cheeses, semi-soft cheeses such as mozzarella, pasteurized processed cheese slices and spreads, cream cheese, and cottage cheese can be safely consumed.
    . Do not eat refrigerated pate or meat spreads. Canned or shelf-stable pate and meat spreads can be eaten.
    . Do not eat refrigerated smoked seafood unless it is an ingredient in a cooked dish such as a casserole. Examples of refrigerated smoked seafood include salmon, trout, whitefish, cod, tuna, and mackerel which are most often labeled as “nova-style,” “lox,” “kippered,” “smoked,” or “jerky.” This fish is found in the refrigerated section or sold at deli counters of grocery stores and delicatessens.

    Fish to be cautious of:
    Orange roughy (sea perch), catfish, – 1 serve only per week with no other fish.
    1 serve per fortnight of shark (flake), Billfish (swordfish/broadbill marlin) and no other fish for two weeks.

    dear,if u ask me,i makan semua benda yg boleh dimakan.maksudnya yg kita tak alahh.so anything yg u rasa ok,u makan je,as for the skin care products,beli je yg biasa yg kena ngan ur skin,as much as u nak jaga,hormones masa pregnancy memang camtu.nanti lepas dah deliver dia tukar balik.so jgn risau sgt.pembawakan budak kata org.get lots of rest n drink water banyak2.amik acid folid n lots of calcium.

    Kak Nonie, Mommy kata makan byk2 sayur dgn buah sbb masa pantang karang byk benda2 tu tak leh makan…. makan protein based food jugak mcm chicken flesh and omega oil mcm ikan tongkol…. minum air soya and jgn lupa folic asid… jgn makan maggie and jgn strain otot perut for the first trimester….. tido letak bantal bawah kaki bcs ur body now is kurang garam so have the tendency to get cramps at night…. kalau nak nasihat lebih detail.. tepon ler mommy kwang3x heheheh
